Millet Pudding

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy flour 2 Tablespoon
  Millet 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Powdered fruit rind 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Molasses 4 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat 1 1/2 cups milk in top of double boiler, directly over heat.
Blend rest of milk with millet.
Add millet mixture to hot milk.
Cook for 45 minutes, covered, over bottom of double boiler, to which hot water has been added.
Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat.
When lukewarm, add remaining ingredients.
Cook 5 minutes longer.
Serve hot or cold, topped with fresh fruit.
