|Rye flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet cider||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Boiling)|
|Berries/Fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Fresh Or Dried)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon rind||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
Sift flour and salt into cider in saucepan.
Cook over gentle heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Cook 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat and blend in rest of ingredients.
Turn into individual serving dishes.
Serve hot or cold.
