Ingredients
  Rye flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sweet cider 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Boiling)
  Berries/Fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Fresh Or Dried)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange rind 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

Sift flour and salt into cider in saucepan.
Cook over gentle heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Add fruit.
Cook 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat and blend in rest of ingredients.
Turn into individual serving dishes.
Serve hot or cold.
