Crunchy Rice Pudding is an amazing dessert which you really have to try at home. I served it at the last party and the guest loved it. Try this Crunchy Rice Pudding recipe for yourself!
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||7⁄8 Cup (14 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , grated rind|
|Eggs||3 , well beaten|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Cream butter or margarine and sugar.
Add cinnamon, lemon rind, and eggs; mix well.
Stir in raisins, nuts, and rice.
Bake uncovered in greased 1 quart baking dish in 350Â°F toaster oven 45 minutes.
