Plum Pudding In Gelatin Mold
|Raspberry gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Golden raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Currants||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, drained|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mixed candied fruit||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped dates||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in raisins, currants, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and salt.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold remaining ingredients into gelatin mixture.
Spoon into a lightly oiled 6-cup mold or 10 to 12 individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold to serve.
