Baked Whole Wheat Berry Pudding

Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Honey 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked whole wheat berries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Turn into oiled casserole.
Bake at 325° F., about 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold, topped with fresh fruit.
