Date Pudding

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dates 2 Cup (32 tbs), pitted
  Coconut shred 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered fruit rind 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into oiled casserole.
Bake in 325° F. oven until set.
Serve hot or cold, topped with yoghurt.
