Steamed Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Egg 1
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking chocolate 2 1⁄2 Ounce, melted
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
Add egg; mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Stir in melted chocolate.
Grease 1 quart mold; pour mixture into it.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Put water and rack into cooker.
Add covered mold.
Close cooker cover.
Allow a small stream of steam to escape from vent for 1 1/2 hours.
Do not use pressure control.
Re move cooker from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Serve the pudding with your favorite hard sauce.
