Rice And Raisin Pudding

This Rice and Raisin Pudding makes a fabulous dessert ! Sometimes I have it for breakfast too ! Enjoy the Rice and Raisin Pudiing and tell me if you like it !
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 13 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon flavoring 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Mix rice and raisins in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Add enough water to evaporated milk to make 2 cups.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add sugar, vanilla, and lemon flavoring.
Add evaporated milk and water.
Combine with rice and raisins.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Set baking dish in a pan of hot water, and bake in a 350°F.
Oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
Note: Cracked wheat or milo may be substituted for the rice.
