Rice And Date Pudding
|Basmati rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Dates||2 Cup (32 tbs), stoned|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Clean, wash rice and soak in water for 20 minutes and drain.
Cut dates into small pieces, wash and drain.
Boil milk, add dates, cook until soft.
Remove and mash.
Add rice to the same milk and cook until very soft.
Add raisins, dates, cloves and sugar.
Serve hot or cold.
