Holiday Dry Fruit Pudding

Ingredients
  Dried apples 8 Ounce
  Dried pears 12 Ounce
  Dried peaches 12 Ounce
  Dried prunes 16 Ounce, pitted
  Canned pineapple chunks and juice 20 Ounce
  Red wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned cherry pie filling 21 Ounce
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine dried fruits, pineapple chunks and juice, red wine and water in 3-quart casserole.
Spread cherry pie filling over mixture.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Cover.
Microwave 20 to 25 minutes on HIGH, or until fruits are tender.
Serve warm or chilled.
Note: Fruit pudding may be stored in refrigerator up to two weeks, tightly covered.
