Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Bread crumbs 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs) (or 1 tall can evaporated milk, diluted with an equal quantity of water)
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg To Taste
Directions

Soak bread crumbs in milk; add beaten eggs, sugar, and salt.
Pour into a greased pudding dish.
Sprinkle the top sparingly with nutmeg.
Place the pudding dish in a pan of hot water.
Bake in a moderate oven (350° F ) for about 30 minutes or until firm and brown on top
