Melt the fat in a saucepan.
Add the green pepper, celery and onion and cook slowly for 5 min.
Then add the remaining ingredients, and turn into a well greased baking dish.
Set in a pan of hot water and bake in a slow oven of 325°F. for 75 min. or until a silver knife inserted into the center of the mixture comes out clean.
