Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Soy milk/Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat bread slices 3 Cup (48 tbs) (About 3 Slices Whole Wheat Bread)
Directions

Add the milk, juice, cinnamon, and raisins to the beaten eggs.
Gently stir in bread cubes.
Pour into an oiled 8 inch square pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
Serve hot or cold with orange sauce.
