Whole Wheat Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slices 3 , cubed
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine bread and raisins in a 1-quart casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Pour over bread mixture.
Stir well.
Place casserole in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan; pour warm water into baking pan to a depth of 1 inch.
Bake for 45 minutes at until a knife inserted in center comes our clean.
Spoon into dessert bowls, and serve warm.
