  Tofu 1 Pound
  Eggs 3
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Turn into an oiled 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
