Tropical Fruit Pudding
|Cold milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Instant vanilla pudding mix||1|
|Orange sections||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coconut||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Pour milk into bowl. Add pudding mix and beat slowly with egg beater just until well mixed, about 1 minute. (Do not over beat; mixture will be thin.) Quickly fold in orange sections, orange rind, coconut, and banana slices. Pour at once into sherbet glasses or a serving dish and let stand to set about 5 minutes. Chill.
