Ingredients

Cake 2 Cup (32 tbs) , crumbled
Rum 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
White chocolate 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , melted
Cherry 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , halved

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a large bowl take cake and pour in the rum. Soak for 10 minutes.

2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

MAKING

3. Roll the cake mixture with hands to form a 20 cent ball. Place the balls over the parchment lined baking tray.

4. Top pudding with white chocolate and cherry.

SERVING

5. Serve plum pudding for dessert.
