High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding

Right before bed is one of the best times to consume a slow digesting protein meal. This will help keep your body in an anabolic state with a steady release of protein over the course of several hours while you sleep.
Ingredients
  Low fat plain yogurt/Plain greek yogurt 6 Tablespoon (3 scoops)
  Protein powder 2 Tablespoon (chocolate flavored (1 scoop))
  Natural peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder. Mix it well.

SERVING
2. Serve peanut butter pudding immediately.
