Rice-Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Pineapple 1 Can (10 oz), crushed
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter   (as required)
  Nutmeg   (as required)
Directions

Pour rice into boiling salted water.
Cook until tender; drain.
Add eggs, pineapple, raisins, sugar, salt and milk.
Pour into casserole.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min- utes.
