Delicious Plum Pudding

|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped suet||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped dates||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioner' s sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Stir soda into molasses.
Combine flour, baking pow- der, salt, spices, bread crumbs, suet, dates, raisins and nuts in large bowl.
Add molasses mixture and milk; mix well.
Pour into 2 greased 1-pound molds; cover tightly.
Steam for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Beat eggs until thick and foamy; beat in butter, confec- tioners' sugar and vanilla.
Fold in whipped cream.
Serve sauce over pudding.
