Rhubarb-Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Dry bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Artificial liquid sweetener 1 Tablespoon
  Diced rhubarb 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Soak bread in milk for 5 ninutes; add butter, salt, sweetener and sugar.
Pour over eggs gradually, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla; mix.
Place rhubarb in greased 8 x 11-inch baking dish; pour bread mixture over rhubarb.
Place in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
