Low Fat Berry Pudding

Ingredients
  Low fat plain yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant vanilla pudding 13 Ounce (1 Package)
  Berries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Equal sachets/Sugar substitute 3
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, mix together the yogurt, pudding, berries and equal into a blender and blend till smooth
2) Pour into a dish and place in the refrigerator to chill

SERVING
3) Serve chilled with a garnish of berry of one's choice
