Orange Pudding

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3
  Equal sachets 10
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the orange juice, rind, lemon juice, flour egg yolks and equal into a pan
2) Stir in over a low heat till thickened
3) Take off fro the hear and allow to cool
4) Whip the egg whites till stiff
5) Fold them into the custard
6) Pour into dessert bowls or ramekins and chill
7) Place in the refrigerator to chill

SERVING
8) Serve chilled
