Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  Bananas 6
  Sliced blanched almonds 2 Ounce
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Cream 8 Ounce
  Custard 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg white 1 , stiffly beaten
Directions

MAKING
1) Thinly slice the bananas and place in a serving bowl.
2) Dredge the banana slices with lemon juice and the sugar.
3) Stream the custard over the fruit and dredge the blanched and sliced almonds.
4) Smear the cream over the sliced fruit.
5) Spread the beaten egg white and decorate with coloured sugar if desired.
6) Refrigerate until chilled for 2 to 3 hours.

SERVING
7) Serve chilled.
