Classic Vanilla Pudding
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Use a 4 cup glass measure to measure and mix the sugar, cornstarch and salt.
2. Add the milk and mix well. Microwave this on (high) for 5-6 minutes. Make sure that you are stirring every minute until mixture boils.
3. Add vanilla to the hot mix carefully and pour into the serving dishes. All the mix to cool and then chill till required
4. Serve chilled with cold fruit or whipped cream.
