Unbaked Stove Top Creamy Rice Pudding

I am a big fan of this stove top rice pudding recipe. If you taste it for once, you will never be able to forget its taste.
Ingredients
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Medium heat the saucepan.
2. Add rice, milk, dash of salt, brown sugar, raisins, and nutmeg to the pan.
3. Stir, bring them boil.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes until mixture is thick.
5. In a bowl, add egg, rice mixture and vanilla extract.
6. Whisk them well.
7. lowly mix the egg mixture into the saucepan.
8. stir, simmer for 3 minutes.
9. Set the pan aside.
10. Serve to a glass.
11. Top with peaches/fresh cinnamon.
