Quick Rice Pudding
|Canned vanilla pudding||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Whole milk/Evaporated milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Quick cooking rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Prepare a 2 qt. glass dish by tipping the pudding mix, milk and rice into the bowl and mix well.
2. Microwave on (high) for 6-8 minutes while stirring once or twice till the dish is boiling. Add raisins and cinnamon to the boiling mix and let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes.
3. Stir and then set aside to chill
4. Serve at room temperature
