Microwave Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients
  Tapioca 2 Tablespoon (Quick Cooking)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Small, separated
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Pick a glass measuring cup and stir together the milk,tapioca,eggyolks,1/4 cup sugar and salt.keep aside for 5 minutes.
2) Cook on HIGH(9) for 6-8 minutes till mixture comes to full boil,stir constantly.
3) Now add the vanilla and stir.
4) Whisk the egg whites till peaks form.
5) Add the rest of the sugar and whisk till it dissolves.

FINALIZING
6) Now take the tapoica mix and blend into the whites.

SERVING
7) Pour into the serving dish.
