Microwave Orange And Coconut Pudding

Ingredients
  Orange liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 envelope)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , gently beaten
  Flaked coconut 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 1/3 cups)
  Heavy cream 2 , whipped
Directions

MAKING
1) Within a glass bowl, blend gelatin,salt and sugar.
2) Now add milk and egg and beat well.
3) Cook this mix on MEDIUM(5) for upto 5 minutes.
4) Now let this mix cool till surface is almost set.
5) Add the liquer.
6) Now gently fold in coconut and whipped cream.

FINALIZING
7)Pour into the 1 1/2 quart mould and chill for upto 4 hours.

SERVING
8) Serve chilled with any desired accompaniment
