No Egg Rice Pudding
|Raw converted rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Golden seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon rind||1⁄2 , slivered|
|Heavy cream/Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled|
1) In the slow cooker, place all the ingredients. Stir once.
2) Cover the cooker and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
3) Transfer the pudding to a decorative serving bowl.
