2. In a pan warm milk.
3. Gently sprinkle grain on milk when moderately hot stirring all the time.
4. Stir and boil the milk.
5. Add sugar and stir.
6. Decrease heat and cook for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
7. Grease a pie dish and pour the pudding into it.
8. Keep in oven for 20-30mins.
9. Sprinkle grated nutmeg before putting it into the oven.
