Ingredients
  Self raising flour 3 Ounce (85 Grams)
  Soya flour 1 Ounce (30 Grams)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vegan margarine 2 Ounce (55 Gram)
  Marmalade 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Sift together dry ingredients and rub in margarine
2. Mix to a soft dough with the liquid
3. Turn into a greased basin, cover and steam for 1 hour

SERVING
4. Can be served with custard or cream

TIPS
Jam or syrup can be used instead of marmalade
