  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soft butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together sugar, butter or margarine, orange juice and rind.

Serve
2) Serve chilled or at room temperature over desired pudding
