Barry and Phoebe make an incredibly easy and tasty pudding.

1. Preheat the oven at gas mark 4 / 350 degrees F.
2. In a baking pan, pour in the half of vanilla custard and set aside.
3. Spread the marmalade over the brioche rolls. Place that over the vanilla custard.
4. Pour in the remaining custard over the rolls and sprinkle chocolate.
5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
