Steamed Date Pudding

Ingredients
  Potato 8 Ounce, cooked, sieved (250 Gram)
  Dates 3 Ounce, chopped (75 Gram)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Castor sugar 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Butter 2 Ounce, melted (50 Gram)
  Orange 1 , rind grated
  Orange 1⁄2 , juiced
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the potato, dates, egg, sugar, butter, orange rind and juice and mix well. For a softer consistency, add more orange juice.
2) Add the mixture into a lightly greased basin.
3) Place lid and steam for 1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
4) Serve hot Steamed Date Pudding topped with cream or a brandy sauce.
