Spiced Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Dry bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 Small, slightly beaten
  Pure vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, add milk and soak bread in it for 5 minutes.
2 Add in sugar, butter, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
3 Pour the mixture slowly over the eggs.
4 Add vanilla and raisins, mix well.
5 In a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish, pour the mixture.
6 Bake in a pan of hot water in 350┬░Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour or until silver knife comes out clean when inserted in center.

SERVING
7 Serve with lemon or orange sauce or Creme Anglaise, if desired.
