Ingredients
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg substitute 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350°F.

MAKING
2) In a large bowl add milk, egg substitute, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce.
3) Whisk together till combined.
4) Mix corn and onions.
5) Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
6) Stir into corn mixture.
7) Bake for 1 hour until firm.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
