Ingredients
  Sour apples 3
  Molasses 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Chop apples fine.
Combine molasses and baking soda, and mix with flour and salt.
Add water and chopped apples.
Put in pudding pail and steam 2 hours.
