|Low fat cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Nonfat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
1) In a food processor add cottage cheese. Blend for about 3 minutes until smooth.
2) Mix blueberries and blend again until smooth.
3) Spoon into a large bowl.
4) Stir in yogurt, lemon juice, and honey.
5) Fill the mixture among six custard cups.
6) Chill before serving.
