Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Stale bread 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Margarine/Lard 8 Ounce
  Brown sugar 14 Ounce
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced apples 2
  Raisins 2 Ounce
  Sliced bananas 2
  Cilantro 2 (A Little Bit)
  Sliced cheese 5 Ounce (Yellow)
Directions

Melt brown sugar and cinnamon in water and boil until a thick syrup forms, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Slice the bread and fry in die margarine or lard until golden.
Mix apples, bananas, raisins, and banana together in a bowl.
Butter a baking dish and arrange layers of bread, syrup, mixed fruit and cheese.
Bake in the oven at 350° until golden (about 30 minutes).
