Velvety Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  1% low fat milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate square 4 Ounce, melted (4 Squares,1 Ounce Each)
  Eggs 4 Large
  Unsalted butter 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a large heavy saucepan, mix the sugar, cornstarch, and salt, then whisk in the milk. Cook, whisking occasionally, over moderately high heat for about 5 minutes or until the mixture boils and thickens. Blend in the chocolate.
2. In a medium-size bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat the eggs until thick. Stir about 1 cup of the hot chocolate mixture into the eggs, then return to the saucepan. Cook, whisking, for 3 minutes or until thick and smooth (do not boil). Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla. Serve warm or chilled.
