Dieter's Chocolate Pudding
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , slightly beaten|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt.
Stir in skim milk and beaten egg yolks.
Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; simmer 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into a serving bowl.
Cover and cool.
