Ingredients
  Grated raw carrot 9 Tablespoon
  Grated raw carrots 9 Tablespoon
  Suet 6 Tablespoon
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Artificial sweetener 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 6 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 6
  Grated lemon rind 6 Teaspoon
  Allspice 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Divide into 6 individual molds and steam 30-40 minutes.
Nice for a treat at Christmas.
Exchange 1 fruit and 1 fat exchange.
