Colin's Christmas Pudding

Ingredients
  Light raisins 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Dark raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blanched almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded suet 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3 Large
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Beat eggs and milk.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix very well.
Fill 2 medium or 1 large bowl.
Cover bowl(s) with 2 layers waxed paper.
Put into pot of simmering water.
Cover and keep at simmer for 6 hours.
