Saucy Hot Fudge Pudding
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), divided|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), divided|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
Blend margarine and 1/4 cup cocoa.
Add to dry ingredients along with milk and vanilla.
Sauce: Combine remaining 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa and nuts; sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over all.
DO NOT STIR.
Bake at 350Â°F for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
