Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Scant)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Lemon 1 , juiced and grated rind
  Egg yolks 3
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Beat egg whites; add last to mixture.
Pour in baking dish and put this dish in a pan of water.
Bake in 350°F oven until top is golden brown.
