Plum Pudding Bread

Ingredients
  Canned purple plums in heavy syrup 16 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, 1/2 cup syrup reserved and plums pitted (1 Can)
  Muffin & bread mix 16 1⁄2 Ounce (Date, 1 Box)
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350°F.

MAKING
2) Take a 8- or 9-inch spring form pan and grease it.
3) In a food processor bowl add plums. Cover and process until smooth.
4) In a medium bowl, add quick bread mix, pureed plums, reserved 1/2 cup plum liquid, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, oil and egg.
5) Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
6) Transfer batter into pan.
7) Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
8) Let stand in pan for 10 minutes.
9) Remove side of pan.
10) Cool for 25 minutes.

SERVING
11) Serve warm.
