Strawberry Cream Pudding

Ingredients
  Gelatin 2 Teaspoon
  Tepid water 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh ripe strawberries 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Basic blend 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar/Artificial sweetener 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla essence 3 Tablespoon
  Strawberry spread 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In tepid water in a bowl, soak the gelatine for 5 minutes.
2) Place the bowl over a pan of hot water to dissolve the gelatine fully without any crystals.
3) Keep the bowl aside.

MAKING
4) In a mixer, puree the strawberries and transfer into a bowl.
5) Add the basic blend to the puree.
6) Combine with honey, vanilla essence and sugar.
7) Blend the mixture into gelatine.

FINALIZING
8) In a large serving bowl or individual dessert bowls, pour the strawberry mix.
9) Swirl little strawberry spread over it.
10) Keep in fridge to chill.

SERVING
11) Serve the chilled cream pudding with fresh strawberries on top.
