Lemon Snow Dessert

Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , rind grated
  Lemons juice 2 , juiced
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Ounce (2 Heaping Tablespoons)
  Egg whites 2 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepan mix water, lemon juice and rind, sugar and cornstarch.
2) Cook until it drops clear from the spoon.
3) Fold it well-beaten egg whites.
4) Transfer into cup molds.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately.
