Caramel Topped Bread Pudding

Tried and tested recipes are always a pleasure to try. Caramel-Topped Bread Pudding is pudding with a twist of caramel! The raisins in this pudding add a nice touch of sweetness to bite into. A great dessert option!
Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bread slices 3 , cut into cubes (use stale bread)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Tablespoon
  Nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add eggs with sugar and salt and beat; add milk and vanilla.
2) Mix in the bread cubes and raisins.
3) Transfer to an 8-inch square pan.
4) Stand the pan in a container of water.
5) Place in the oven and bake at 350- degree for 1 hour, till firm.
6) Combine together the brown sugar, butter, cream, and nuts.
7) Add over the pudding and spread.
8) Bake till the topping is bubbly.

SERVING
9) Serve warm.
